Buffalo Sabres' season ticket holders are receiving invoices for the 2008-2009 season. The team began mailing the invoices out this week. There will be an increase in the price of a seat for the upcoming campaign.
Ticket increases vary by section. The increase varies from $3 to $6 a ticket. The Sabres' prices are still in the bottom third of the league. The team says that there will be variable pricing again next year.
Sabres season tickets are still lower today than when Tom Golisano bought the team in April of 2003.
