We need a bad man! It really comes down to THIS picture. I had a little bit of interest in Jason Smith a few months ago. He's a physical defenseman, who has plenty of experience. He plays hard. He plays tough. And...I THINK, based on the picture that a gunshot to the face wouldn't stop him.
So there is good news and bad news. The good news is that the MMA Saturday night fight card is the 3rd story on ESPN.com. It made the “Sportscenter minute” behind the Stanley Cup finals, Manny Ramirez’s 500th HR, and Ken Griffey Jr’s 599th.

MMA should be on your plate this weekend It's a big weekend for Mixed Martial Arts. Huge. As big as Kimbo Slice's beard. On Saturday night CBS will become the first over the air network to air Mixed Martial Arts event. To explain to those of you that are new to the sport, or not in yet...MMA is "Football". It's the umbrella name for the sport.
