Ennis Back



Sabre forward Tyler Ennis returned to practice on Friday after missing a day with the flu. Ennis will play against the Islanders Saturday night in New York. Thomas Vanek will not be ready to return from an upper-body injury. Zach Kassian is an extra forward with both Ennis and Drew Stafford ready for hockey. Kassian is still up with the Sabres and will make the trip to Long Island.

The Islanders are one of the teams battling with Buffalo to get into the top 8 in the East. They're a point behind Buffalo with 2 games in hand. The Sabres have picked up 5-out-of-6 possible points in their last 3 games.

Saturday's contest will begin at 7 p.m. on WGR 550.

Reality
The reality is that they have gotten 5 of the last 6 points and they are still 10 points out of the playoffs but only 1 point out of the basement. Everybody should realize they will not make the playoffs and the best path for the organization is to lookto next year by cleaning out the dead wood including Darcy who built this mess.

time for a change
its time to get rid of roy and stafford for draft picks. we need the cap space and some rochester kids play harder and can score just as much as those 2 waste products.

The flu wouldn't be a problem if this team would get their flu shots. They are available at Walgreens. Might as well just put the flu in the book of excuses that is so thick with this joke of a team.

We should trade Ennis, he has too much talent and desire to play for this team, we need a team full of guys like Ellis, Goose.

Stafford and Roy
The team is much better without Stafford and Roy. Send both of them packing if you can find any team stupid enough to take those two under achievers.
