Buffalo, NY (WGR 550) -- The Bulls losing streak continued Saturday night, after Buffalo fell to the Western Michigan Broncos 34-28 in overtime.This was the Bulls third consecutive loss and drops them to 2-4.
Buffalo seemed to be in control for most of the game, as they outscored the Broncos 21-6 through the first three quarters. However, the Broncos stepped their game up in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Bulls 22-7 and forcing the game into overtime.
The Bulls had an opportunity to win in overtime, but quarterback Drew Willy threw an interception in the end zone.The Broncos then charged down the field and scored a touchdown to end the game.
The loss was the Bulls’ first at home this season.The Bulls will hope to rebound next Saturday, when they host the Army Black Knights at 3:30PM.
