Orchard Park, NY -- The Buffalo Bills announced on Tuesday that season ticket prices per game would not be increasing for the 2012 NFL Season.
Through a press release sent by the franchise, the Bills announced prices would remain flat in most sections around Ralph Wilson Stadium. The only changes will be a reduced price for the Tops Family Corner and Coors Light Rockpile sections.
In the Family Corner section, tickets will be reduced $10 to $30 per game, while the Rockpile priced will be $25 per game -- a $15 decrease from last season.
“On behalf of our owner, Mr. Ralph Wilson, the Bills organization is pleased to announce that season ticket prices will remain flat for the 2012 season,” said Buffalo Bills Chief Executive Officer Russ Brandon. “Our season ticket fan base is the backbone of our franchise and we greatly appreciate their continued support. Everyone in the organization is committed to building upon our strong foundation and taking a significant step forward this year.”
The Bills also announced one of their home games originally scheduled to be played elsewhere will now be played in Orchard Park. The preseason game originally scheduled to take place at the Rogers Centre in Toronto has been moved to Ralph Wilson Stadium. The reason stated for the change were conflicts in scheduling.
There will still be a regular season game played in Toronto this coming season.
Brandon, as he's stated before, spoke about the intent to continue having a footprint in the southern Ontario market.
“We are currently working with Rogers Communications to extend our agreement to play Bills games at Rogers Centre,” said Brandon. “Our core goal is to continue to regionalize our franchise and continue our series in Toronto which has served us so well. We will provide more information once terms are finalized.”
