Sickbay -- I’m on a Star Trek trip lately. I’ve just recently gone back into the archives and dished out some old school Original Series cuts for the screenings. How clutch is Scotty in A Taste Of Armageddon? The man is ice cold.
Speaking of Armageddon, let’s recap Week 5 of the Football Fiasco. This week we’ll do it while boldly going where no man has gone before.

Mike Schopp is just a gritty guy. His quarterback is out much like RTB’s last week, but does he quit? Does he set the self-destruct sequence and head for the transporter room? Hellz no. He gets near double digits from every other position. He didn’t win the week, but it keeps him close in a tight race.
RTB is, however, a quitter. Of the four players he is clearly the Red Shirt on the away mission.
“Hey, Captain? What’s this funny looking monster with the ray gun? AAAARRRGGHHHHH!!” Phasered. Thanks for playing.
Dennis Williams reassumed his comfortable position in the captain’s chair. There’s no doubt, right? If there was anyone of the four of us who is like Captain Kirk it’s him - totally making out with alien babes while phasering Romulan suckers.
I think that makes me McCoy. I’m just surly.
It is clear though that none of us are any good. The football league is appropriately named. We just can’t pick people who get touchdowns. What a fiasco.
The picks come later today. Maybe if I’m not busy putting my 401K in a safer place, like the mouth of a Tyrannosaur, I’ll post something after Monday’s game.
McCoy out.
